Research has shown that people run much more effective job searches within groups. It can make the process 40% faster and we aim to also make it a lot more fun than going it alone.
We hope you’ll join us. There is strength in numbers, and having accountability and an expanded network. And this networking is vitally important to your search process because 85% of jobs are filled through the “hidden job market.” Our job group allows you to leverage the connections of 5, 10, 15 other people simultaneously.
Many Best Practices Handouts will be shared! These help take the guess work out of many job search details.
Our groups are facilitated by Career Counselors Lisa Stotlar, MA or Ellen Shulman, MA. We purposely make these sessions small and focused so people move forward more quickly and easily.
