New California Law, effective January 1, 2023: California Employers must post Salary Ranges!

Knowing the pay range allows you to decide if you even want to apply to a specific job and helps you map out your career. And once you get an offer, you’ll know how far you can take the negotiation process.

This new law will be in effect for all employers with 15+ employees. And your current employer will have to disclose salary ranges for your position upon request. So … Request it!
